The convening of the use to discuss Israeli crimes and_violations in the occupied city of Jerusalem and the closure of its Islamic Christian sanctities, to the occupation Knesset approval of the law executing of Palestinian prisoners, the continuing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the continuing Israeli violations.
Mustafa said: What the occupied city of Jerusalem is being exposed to must not be read as merely a series of separate measures or emergency measures, because what is happening there is too big to be summarized. In its day-to-day details, and more dangerous to be understood outside its true context, Jerusalem is being exposed to aggression that targets its spirit before its building, its identity before its geography, its status before its streets and walls.
He added that closing the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, preventing worshippers from accessing to it, restricting the performing of rituals in it, obstructing access to the Church of_the_Resurrection, interfering with the freedom of worship in it, all of this is not useful. In security as the occupation claims it is a blatant aggression against the sanctity of sacred, a flagrant violation of the existing historical and legal situation, an attempt to impose sovereignty byrepression, dominance by prevention, falsehood by_force of weapons.
He made it clear that what is being committed against the Islamic and Christian sanctities in Jerusalem is not an infringement on a sect or group, but rather an infringement on the essence of the city itself, and on its right to remain as it is. It was a city of holiness, not an area of violation and a place of worship an of an area of provocation, a symbol of spiritual peace, a permanent target of politics of humiliation and Tlaa and desecration, and hence, the preservation of the sanctities, respecting the custodianship of them, and guaranteeing the right of_Muslims and_Christians to access to and practicing their rites in freely And dignity, not a passing political demand, a legal duty, a moral entitlement, and historical trust that cannot be left hostage to the will of the occupation or the whims of extremism..
Mustafa stressed that the Palestinian prisoners are being targeted in their humanity, and in their first right to life, noting that the approval of the law to execute the prisoners reveals the An attempt to turn the crime into a text, aggression into legislation, revenge into a written policy that is intended to pass in the guise of the law, in the dignity of His safety, his physical and psychological well-being, his protection from torture ,humiliation and cruel or inhuman treatment, are not emotional demands raised inline B, but inalienable rights guaranteed by international conventions, decided by the Geneva Conventions, and approved by good human conscience before they were codified in the texts of the law..
In turn, Al-Aklouk called for Arab, Islamic, and international action, at the level of countries, parliaments, organizations, and peoples, to save the city of Jerusalem and its Islamic and Christian holy sites, through political, diplomatic, and legal measures, and through sanctions and an economic boycott of Israel and the regime. This racist, and by moving from describing the crime to punishing the criminal, and taking a strict international stance, committing Israel to stop its crimes and_violations and its malicious policies towards the city of Jerusalem and its sanctities, to adhere to international law and_relevant United Nations resolutions.
He also demanded the necessity of enabling international fact-finding committees emanating from the Human Rights Council, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and concerned international organizations bodies to access to the occupation prisons, and documenting the occupation violations.
He called on the International Criminal Court to open an urgent criminal investigation into the law on the execution of prisoners, and to prosecute those responsible for approving it. We call on the states that are parties to the Rome Statute of the Court to implement the arrest warrant issued by the Court against the accused Netanyahu and his ministers..
For her part, Bahrain's delegate to the Arab League, Fawzia Zainal, said that the serious developments that Jerusalem is going through and the serious violations that it is being exposed to are affecting its Islamic and Christian sanctities, which aim to change the legal and historical situation, especially The destruction of the Al-Aqsa Mosque represents a dangerous escalation and a gross violation of human rights and international humanitarian law, and threatens to exacerbate tension and instability in the region. These developments require from us a unified and firm Arab position that affirms the rejection of these violations.
